Shoshana Rosenthal
RETREAT FACILITATOR (MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR)
Shoshana Rosenthal, LMHC, is an independently licensed therapist and facilitator who supports people in reconnecting with themselves and understanding the patterns that shape their relationships. She especially enjoys working with those who have felt like the outsider or "black sheep" in their families or society, and with people who have spent years caring for others at the cost of their own needs. Shoshana brings a grounded, steady presence that helps people feel met without pressure or expectation.
Shoshana's approach is rooted in attunement and collaboration. She helps participants notice what is happening inside - emotionally, relationally, or physiologically - at a pace that feels manageable. Her facilitation blends clear guidance with room for personal exploration. She draws from her clinical background, nervous system awareness, and years of supporting individuals and families, offering a mix of reflective conversation, experiential exercises, and practical tools depending on what the space calls for.
